How can I prevent e-mails from going into my Spam folder? iCloud Account

 

Important Note 1

 

Please make sure that you filter your e-mail account settings so that our e-mail is “safe listed or allowed” so that you will always receive our emails in your primary inbox and eliminating the chance of our e-mails going into your spam or junk folders.

 

To be able to set our e-mails as safe in your iCloud account, you will need to: 

 

1. Log in to your iCloud account. 

 

2. Navigate to the “Junk” folder. 

 

3. Find our e-mail and open it.

 

4. Tap “Forward”. 

5. Tap “Move Message”.

6. Choose “Inbox” and Tap “Move”. 

 

 

Important Note 2

Our e-mails will not be going into your Junk folder after completing the above process.
