What are the Withdrawal Timeframes?

We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 1 working day.

Each withdrawal request undergoes a security check to safeguard our clients’ funds and our Payments Team may reach out to you via email during this time for feedback.

It is important to note that a reply would be needed should an email be sent out to you before we are in a position to process your request.

Once processed it may take 1-3 hours or as soon as you receive 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain before the funds are available in your BTC wallet.
