Before you proceed with the deposit, please ensure that you have completed the identity verification process. 

Follow the steps below to deposit funds:

1. Access the Deposit Funds Section

   • Locate and click/tap on the “Deposit Funds” option in the left-hand side taskbar.
      

2. Select Your Preferred Cryptocurrency

   • Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin.
      

   • You can now conveniently deposit directly into your trading account without the need for an internal transfer. Just click/tap on the “Platform” button under the Add Money To section.  Please note that this will only be visible if you have already created a trading account. 
      

3. Specify the Deposit Amount

   • Enter the desired deposit amount in the designated field.

     
     

4. Proceed to the Payments Page

   • Once you’ve entered the deposit amount, click/tap the “Go to Payment” button.
      

5. Complete the Transaction

   • Proceed to your cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., Bitcoin wallet) and send the funds to the wallet address provided by the platform.
      

   • Enter the platform’s wallet address as the recipient in your cryptocurrency wallet.
      

   • Note: Each cryptocurrency operates on its own network, so it’s important to use the correct network for the cryptocurrency you are depositing.

Important Information:

• For security reasons, it is advisable not to save the wallet addresses provided by the platform.
• Once processed, transactions made through cryptocurrency networks cannot be canceled or reversed. Therefore, it’s crucial to double-check the details before proceeding.
• Cryptocurrency deposits require confirmation from their respective platforms, which typically take 3-6 confirmations (approximately 1-3 hours).
